STRETCHING AND IMMOBILIZING SUBSTRATE FOR SINGLE-STRANDED NUCLEOTIDE MULTIMER, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably immobilizing single-stranded nucleotide multimer as a single molecular film on a conductive substrate such as graphite in a stretched state.

SOLUTION: A complex of the single-stranded nucleotide multimer and alkylamine is made to react with each other on a liquid interface, thereby forming a single molecular film of the complex. The obtained single molecular film is immobilized in an arranged state on the conductive substrate via alkylamine.
